Domestic Coverage: These areas represent AT&T owned and off-net coverage where available.  Service in Canada and Mexico may not be available to all subscribers; please review the details of your wireless plan for more information on Canada and Mexico.  In some area (domestic and international), coverage may be limited to 2G Speed.

Off-net coverage: These areas represent off-net coverage where available. The off-net speeds, quality of coverage, and services aren’t guaranteed. Excessive use of off-net service may result in the loss of coverage in such areas as stated in your plan terms. Service in international countries outside of Canada and Mexico requires the International Travel Add-on. Service in Canada and Mexico may not be available to all subscribers; please review the details of your wireless plan for more information on Canada and Mexico. In some area(domestic and international), coverage may be limited to 2G Speed. These areas can be identified in the detail window when searching a specific location as Off-net Coverage May Be 2G Speed.

No coverage: These areas represent where coverage is not available for AT&T subscribers.  Use International map view to confirm coverage/no coverage outside the U.S.

Yes, restarting a device can sometimes help to resolve issues low signal, slow data, applications freezing, call connection.

WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN 4G LTE/4G/3G/2G?

To be concise- The difference is speed—descending in order from 4G LTE/4G/3G/2G. The G stands for Generation. The 4th Generation LTE Network that we offer is great for streaming, downloads, video calls and browsing the web.
